HR Quality system is under upgrade. There is difference between P and Qw.r.t retired and terminated employee records.
In P system for tcode PA20/PA30 , when we put personnel number and hit enter all details such as Name, EE group, Pers.area etc are populated in the main screen.
But in Q it does not populate any such basic data after entering the personnel number. However it shows data is avialable for infotypes such as Actions, Organizational Assignment etc.. but when we click on actions it does not show the latest record but shows old record with a error message -> At least one record was skipped (authorization).
