Why exhange rate 0,702804 is not used when converting the document currency in clearing

Hi SAP Experts,

Document 2350000000, Document currency value in lvl 5000, Local currency value in EUR 7114,36

when clearing in EUR the document value is 7125,55 EUR (different than local currency value in EUR),

Why exhange rate 0,702804 is not used when converting the document currency in clearing?
