I hope you can help us with the following topic, we would like to fire one employee today and re-hire him tomorrow (this people works for periods of two months six times per year), but the issue we are facing is once we re-hire this employe, the termination record is been deleted or overwritten by the system giving the impression of no termination causing incorrect calculations on his payroll; Is there any option, configuration or SAP Note we can take advantage of to solve this issue? this is a particular process we have to implement for Mexico's Payroll and if we do not have any solution for it, threatens the project implementation in production environment, any help will be apreciated.
