'Text for loading' in LECI transaction

Hi All,

           The 'text for loading' field offers max 60 chars to to entered in 'LECI' transaction. My client has requirement to enter Max 250 chars in the text for loading field. I am unable to find any user exit to achieve the same. I don't want to modify standard transaction. Do we have any way to increase the length? Screen shot attached.
