Employee details with manager details

Hello experts,

I'm knew to HR ABAP so any help would be appreciated.....I need some advise about how to get some employee details (name, surname, position, org.unit, email) with same details about employees direct manager (if there is no manager for org.unit which employee belong, I need to go level up and check if there exists manager position). I suppose that I need some loop through HRP1001 until I find manager for requested employee ?
