Live Activity Pane doesn't work for a specific tenent

Hi,

I'm using the "live activity pane" to be able to identify customers in SAP C4C integrating with CTI.

I have a test tenent and in this environment the simulation using the live activity pane and the CTI Client Adapter are ok.

But in the project tenent, even with the "live activity pane" activated, the simulation is not being made and the browser does not block the event, because in my test tenent appears the "shield" after the URL and in the project tenent does not appear.

What I have done (without success):

1) Uninstalling and installing the Client Adapter;

2) Clearing cache and cookies;

3) Used a registry cleaner;

4) And finally tested install on another pc the client adapter;

Any idea what could be?
