We are having trouble business completing production/maintenance orders due to existing records in the AFRP4 table. I have found countless posts regarding how to clear the contents of the table and modify the configuration so that these records are not generated.
My problem is with a statement in SAP Note 712007: "You will first need to decide whether or not you require
the HR system to be updated" with no links to any further documentation / instructions.
Can someone please point me to any documentation or posts that I can provide to my team so they can make an informed decision on whether we will:
1) Post this data as is.
2) Delete this data and modify the configuration so these records are not longer generated.
