Process order and Committed date

hi,

when creating a new process order via COR1( automatically released ) , when checking date&Qties Tab i can see a date by default 31.12.9999 ,

this date cause us a problem in the month end closing especially when we run Material ledger by the way i have to remove Teco change this date then make Teco for each process order which is a horrible operation as the time which consume .

my question is why and how i can fix the committed date to be the same date as posting date instead 31.12.999
