Formatted work item description

I have a request to add quite a bit more detail some of the tasks in our custom material workflow. In case it makes a difference, we use the SAP Business Workplace.

Here is a sample of what they want added:

Material:                    Material number (MATNR)

Description:               Material description from basic data 1 (MM03)    

Purchasing Group:    EKGRP from MRP1 tab (MM03)

Is it possible to format this with tab stops between them and if so how is that done?
