DBA Cockpit: db2sap library has not yet been invoked

Hi Experts,

While checking DBA cockpit, I see a warning stated "db2sap library has not yet been invoked (see SAP Note 1124987)" and checking the sapnote for the solution,  confirmed that "On Windows, the function "Diagnostics->Database Notification Log" is not available" is true. Now I check the db manager configuration, found out that no directory specified in diagpath. 

Diagnostic error capture level              (DIAGLEVEL) = 3

Notify Level                              (NOTIFYLEVEL) = 3

Diagnostic data directory path               (DIAGPATH) =

Size of rotating db2diag & notify logs (MB)  (DIAGSIZE) = 0

Please see attached file for details of my db config.

Question: 1- Can I directly create a directory for DIAGPATH from db level? Is this OK?

2- Can I config this thru SAP? If yes, please provide configuration details?
