how to access local object

Can you please guide me how to access the local object in a badi.

I am implementing the badi me_process_po_cust with post method.

Here i want to access the data of internal table : {O:294*\CLASS=CL_PO_HEADER_HANDLE_MM}-MY_BADI_QUEUE for the current line item(means in which line item changes are going on).

please guide me.
