With the Outlook add-in, when we associate the email with an Account using the "Add with Reference to Account" feature, we can see a list of Accounts. See screenshot below.
Can that screen be enhanced easily to show the External ID column ?
That way, the user can see the mapped ID from the external system - usually the ECC or CRM id - which they are more familiar with.
