overlap between Time event and absence request

Hi Friends,

In SAP PT, I created an hourly absence request from 8:00 to 10:00 manually in IT2001 at 2014/09/03.

now I want to create a Clock In event at 8:25 and Clock Out at 9:25 at the same date.

I expect SAP delimit my absence from 8:25 to 9:25.

I'M trying to use these tables : V_554Y_B & V_T554Y for meet my expectation but I'm not Successful.

What the other customization is needed?
