Crystal reports 2008 webelements installation issues

Found a library of functions called webelements.

According to the user manual, it is compatible with CR 2008.

As per the manual, we are supposed to add some content into the tomcat folder available under:

          C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Tomcat55\webapps\CrystalReports\WEB-INF\web.xml

The only folders available under Business Objects folder are:

•      BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0
•      Common
•      Crystal Reports 12.0

There is no tomcat folder at all.

Would like to know if webelements is compatible with CR 2008 for SAP Business One.

Has anyone worked on webelements earlier?

Or do we have any other library of functions which can give dynamic filtering and bring in other form elements to Crystal reports??
