We are using ECC EHP3 with mssql 2005 on windows environment.My DEV and QAS servers are virtual servers..Production we have cluster .
Yesterday we found some dumps in ST22 and some error messages in sm21.for ddic and SAPSYS user under 000 client in Production server.
1) CALL_FUNCTION_RECEIVE_ERROR dump for DDIC user in 000 client.
2) TIME_OUT dump for SAPSYS user in 000 client.
This dumps are coming every one hour from night 12 'O clock to up to morning 9:00 AM,After that all users are got disconnected from SAP .In my PRD server we have 2 logon groups, some of the users abule connect one server , rest of the people not able to connect SAP.
Please provide the solution..below i am attaching the DUMP details and error log.
