How do I see which tables were accessed via SE16, SE16N or SM30.

Hi Experts

I have a request for displaying which tables were accessed via SE16, SE16N, SE11 or SM30...

I have taken a look at the audit logs which tells me which user accessed the transaction codes but it does not tell me which table they looked at while in the transaction...

Is this possible?
Is there a standard transaction that can help or a function module or bapi that can get me these details?
