My Client is trying to trigger an output of PO via External send (Email). Until last month everything was working fine for this vendor. Suddenly while outputting the PO, its started popping up print window to select printer. I have checked the condition records are also perfect and compared with other vendors for whom its working. But still unable to identify why PO external send not working for this vendor. Also when saving the PO with send immediately system gives messages changes saved successfully but output is still not triggered. Also for other condition records output device is not maintained still its working fine.
Can someone please help what could be the issue here
