I need to transfer the PR from ECC to SRM..?

Automatic - Implement the BADI ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST

Manually - Through CPPR application without implementing the above BADI? Is that True..??

I heard that without BADI implementation, we ca transfer PR from ECC and Create a RFx. Kindly explain me..
