Fixed asset close at fisal year

Hi,

We would like to close the fisal year for the fixed asset. But it has a message saying we didn't close the previous fisal year.

If the previous fisal year not closed, it won't allow us getting the Asset balance report and cannot create the new fisal year.

But our IT seems no idea how to close it. We have tried AJAW to change the fiscal year & AJAB to year end closing, it won't work.

And also it have message saying the depreciation not posted completely. We try to run AFAB, but it have nothing in there. So it seem not working.
