load DSO to DSO (only one work process)

Bom dia,

Hi experts.

I´ve a problem with load DSO to DSO. Occurs that this process only run with one work process.

Things that I already done:

- changed the DTP to 8 (5, 7, 9 even 15) in “Settings for Parallel Processing”;

- changed job class to A;

- deletion all filters;

- changed the Package size (100,000 – 10,000 or 1,000);

- changed “error handling” all of options (update tab);

- deletion and recreated the object DTP;

- Changed “extraction mode” Delta to full and vice-versa.

And I spoke to the Basis guy, but he is a lazy people, so he doesn’t want to help me. So I must discovery where I see this configuration to show him, what he must do.
